Manager Sales & Marketing

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure the achievement of revenue and profitability goals.

Lead target pitching by identifying new business opportunities, presenting commercial proposals, and securing high-value projects.

Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team through effective team building, coaching, and motivation.

Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to improve team productivity.

Ensure timely and effective sales follow-up with leads, customers, architects, consultants, contractors, and key accounts.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while expanding the client portfolio.

Negotiate commercial terms, prepare quotations, and finalize contracts.

Coordinate with production, procurement, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

8–15+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with significant experience in the wood works, furniture, joinery, interior fit-out, MDF, or a related industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong experience in target pitching, business development, sales follow-up, team building, and team motivation.

Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to develop sales strategies and lead high-performing teams.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
