International Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Developer Manager in Lahore (Night Shift).

About the Company:

Our client company is building a high-performance international sales organization focused on global markets.

Role Overview –

Lead international revenue growth by positioning client company, enterprise software, and digital transformation services in global markets.

The role will develop and execute a structured go-to-market strategy, build strategic partnerships, and close enterprise-level deals.

Role & Responsibilities:

International Market Strategy

  • Develop and execute an international go-to-market strategy
  • Identify high-value target industries and markets
  • Position clients technology and consulting services globally

Revenue Growth

  • Close enterprise-level technology consulting deals
  • Lead complex negotiations and contract structuring
  • Build a strong international revenue pipeline

Pipeline Management

  • Build structured outbound sales pipelines
  • Implement CRM-driven sales processes
  • Track pipeline, forecasting, and conversion performance

Strategic Partnerships

  • Develop partnerships with technology companies, agencies, and consulting firms
  • Build alliances that generate long-term revenue streams

Sales Leadership

  • Recruit and mentor Business Development Managers and Executives
  • Establish sales processes and performance metrics
  • Build a scalable international sales organization

Market Intelligence

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis
  • Identify emerging technology opportunities
  • Align service offerings with global market demand

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in international business development
  • Experience selling technology consulting or IT services
  • Proven success in closing enterprise deals
  • Experience managing large sales pipelines and strategic accounts

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience selling enterprise solutions (Dynamics, BI, SharePoint)
  • Experience in digital transformation consulting
  • Experience selling AI, cloud, or emerging technologies
  • Experience working with US, European, or global markets

Leadership Experience:

  • Sales team leadership
  • Go-to-market strategy development
  • Revenue pipeline ownership
  • Cross-functional leadership with technical teams

Other Details:

Degree: Bachelors or Masters (No Undergraduates)

Location: Lahore Night Shift

Time: Monday - Friday 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (PKT)
