Manager Sales & Marketing

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager - Sales & Marketing to lead and oversee all sales, marketing, and customer relationship activities. The ideal candidate will be commercially focused, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple sales channels while ensuring compliance with organizational and Sharia guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Set sales targets for POS, Overseas, and all sales sections.
• Supervise General Sales, Special Sales, Monthly Sales, and Call Center operations.
• Expand POS and Franchise Networks.
• Prepare and implement Discount Policies, Credit Policies, Seasonal Packages, and Sales Offers.
• Manage CRM activities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct promotional campaigns through Print, Electronic, and Social Media platforms.
• Lead participation in National & International Book Fairs and Exhibitions.
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with organizational and Sharia standards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• MBA/Master’s degree will be preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Marketing & Sales, preferably in Books & e-Books publishing.
• Experience in Journals/Magazines publishing will be an added advantage.
• Strong command of English communication.
• Commercially focused with leadership experience in publishing houses.

Required Skills:

• Exceptional understanding of Sales & Marketing.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
