Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in power distribution, transmission, substations, and industrial electrification projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and utility companies.
- Achieve sales targets through lead generation, client engagement, and business development activities.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions in coordination with technical teams.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract award.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities.
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer relationships to ensure business growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant sales/business development certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in sales and business development within the power contracting, electrical engineering or industrial projects sector.
- Proven track record of securing power and electrical infrastructure projects.
- Experience in tendering, contract negotiations, and project sales.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of power contracting, electrical systems, and industrial projects.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of tendering, procurement, and commercial processes.
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to analyze technical and commercial requirements and manage teams effectively.
Pay: Rs1.00 - Rs2.00 per month
