Manager Sales(Power Contracting)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in power distribution, transmission, substations, and industrial electrification projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and utility companies.
  • Achieve sales targets through lead generation, client engagement, and business development activities.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions in coordination with technical teams.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract award.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities.
  • Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer relationships to ensure business growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant sales/business development certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in sales and business development within the power contracting, electrical engineering or industrial projects sector.
  • Proven track record of securing power and electrical infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in tendering, contract negotiations, and project sales.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of power contracting, electrical systems, and industrial projects.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Good understanding of tendering, procurement, and commercial processes.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to analyze technical and commercial requirements and manage teams effectively.

Pay: Rs1.00 - Rs2.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • sales: 8 years (Preferred)
