Regional Manager Sales & Marketing

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Manager to promote and sell EV bikes. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and delivering an excellent customer experience while educating customers about EV technology and benefits.

• Promote and sell EV bikes to retail and corporate customers through showrooms and field visits.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activity reports.
• Support dealer onboarding, showroom setup, and sales promotions.
• Ensure proper documentation, booking, and coordination with logistics for timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate daily sales reports and update CRM or sales tracking systems.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and ensure timely achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, launches, and dealer activation programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and government regulations related to EV products.
• Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and key stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare regular sales reports and present performance updates to senior management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 7–10 years of sales experience, preferably in motorcycles, EVs, automobiles, or FMCG.
• Proven experience in handling nationwide sales operations and dealer networks.
• Strong understanding of the Pakistani automotive or EV market.
