Megaplus is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Corporate Sales Manager to lead corporate business development initiatives across the South region. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in enterprise sales, key account management, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth within the corporate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic corporate sales plans to achieve regional revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the corporate, enterprise, government, and commercial sectors.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and opportunity development to negotiation and deal closure.
- Drive sales of technology solutions, IT infrastructure, networking, security, cloud, or enterprise solutions to corporate clients.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Develop strategic account plans for key customers to maximize revenue and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with vendors, principals, and internal teams to design customer-centric solutions.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and corporate networking forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5–8 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
- Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets and securing large corporate accounts.
- Strong network within the corporate and enterprise sector.
- Experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity, Telecom, Data Center, Cloud Solutions, or Technology Distribution will be highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to engage with senior management and executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
