Job Title: Manager – Sales & Partnerships (Travel Trade) - Cairo
Location- Cairo – Egypt
Reporting To : Business Transformation Director / GM
Role Overvie
wWe are looking for an experienced Manager – Sales & Partnerships (Travel Trade) to drive revenue and partnerships across travel trade ecosystem in Cairo. This role focuses on selling to tour operators, travel agents, hotels, wholesalers, DMCs, and is ideal for someone with deep industry experience and strong existing trade relationships
.This is a hands-on commercial role with high visibility and direct impact on growth. Experience or understanding of the airport services and aviation-adjacent ecosystem will be a strong advantage
.In addition, this role will play a key part in driving the commercial success of airport mobile application platform, designed to offer a wide range of airport-related services (e.g., lounge access, fast track, transfers, F&B, retail, and other passenger services) through both B2B and B2C channels—similar to a “digital marketplace” for airport services
.

es• Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives targeting tour operators, hotels, MICE, travel agents, wholesalers, DMCs, Corproate
s.• Own the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, commercial negotiations, contracting, and onboardin
g.• Identify new business opportunities within the travel trade ecosystem and convert them into long-term partnership
s.• Account Management: Build, manage, and deepen relationships with key travel trade partners, acting as the primary point of contac
t.• Maintain a strong understanding of the Egypt travel trade landscape, competitive dynamics, and emerging trend
s.• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, partner meetings, and networking forum
s.• Work closely with internal teams including product, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless partner onboarding and executio
n.• Drive B2B and B2C sales of airport services via mobile application platform, including onboarding partners and distribution channels onto the platfor
m.• Identify and onboard service providers (e.g., transport, F&B, retail, concierge, meet & assist, etc.) to be listed and sold through the airport marketplace ecosyste
m.• Develop and manage partnerships with travel trade and non-traditional partners (e.g., OTAs, fintech, loyalty programs, corporates) to drive app-based sales and user acquisitio
n.• Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to support campaigns that drive app downloads, user engagement, and conversio
n.• Monitor sales performance and user behavior across the platform, providing commercial insights and recommendations to optimize revenue stream
s.• Support the development of bundled products (e.g., lounge + fast track + transfer) and dynamic pricing strategies tailored for both B2B and B2C channel
s.• Act as a commercial bridge between partners and the platform team to ensure continuous improvement of the digital offerin
g.
Required Qualifications & Experie
nce• 5–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within the travel trade indust
ry.• Proven experience selling to tour operators, travel agents, hotels, MICE, Corporate wholesalers, DM
Cs.• Strong existing network and deep relationships within the Egypt travel trade (mandator
y).• Knowledge of Religious travel demand and related travel ecosys
tem• Demonstrated success in closing commercial deals and managing strategic accoun
ts.• Understanding of airport services, aviation services, or the airport ecosystem is a strong pl
us.• Candidate should be already based in Cairo Egypt and have right to work with the ability to travel locally and regionally as requir
ed.• Fluency in Arabic and English is a mu
