Job description:

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Manager to join our sales Team. This is a dual role involving both field sales and in-office customer engagement. You will play a key role in handling enquiries, scheduling site visits, and guiding clients through the property buying journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins
  • Schedule and conduct site visits with potential buyers
  • Present and explain project details, USPs, pricing, and offers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
  • Follow up regularly to convert leads into bookings
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project updates and documentation
  • Maintain CRM and update daily sales activities

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Willingness to travel across Bangalore for site visits
  • Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
