Job Descriptions:
* Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive corporate security strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to safeguard the organization’s personnel, assets, and physical premises.
* Conduct regular threat assessments, vulnerability audits, and security reviews across all facilities to identify potential risks and deploy proactive countermeasures.
* Act as the primary lead for the emergency response team during crises, security breaches, or environmental hazards. Lead thorough investigations into security incidents and deliver analytical briefs to executive leadership.
* Supervise internal security teams and manage relationships, contracts, and performance benchmarks for external security vendors and guard services.
* Ensure full compliance with national and local security regulations, fire safety codes, and labor laws. Maintain strategic, high-level liaisons with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and corporate stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Proven leadership experience in corporate security management, with a strong preference for retired military personnel (e.g., Major/Captain or equivalent) or law enforcement officials.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to design large-scale evacuation plans, asset protection protocols, and business continuity strategies.
* Proficiency in overseeing modern, integrated security technologies, including enterprise CCTV networks, biometric access controls, and automated alarm systems.
Pay: Rs240,000.00 - Rs260,000.00 per month
