Job Purpose
Supervise, manage & implement Administrative and Security affairs of the Plant and implementing effective protocols and procedures, assets and manning, managing, coordinating/ directing required support and services. Coordination with Local government bodies & LEAs
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Supervise and implement Security Services of Plants & other affiliated locations as per company SOPs & Security Policy
-
Align and execute effective protocols and procedures to safeguard company assets.

Carrying out risk assessment & gap analysis quarterly
-
Manage & supervise CCR/ CCTV operations
-
Supervise CCTV surveillance and maintenance
-
Budgeting & processing of security related expense afyer thorough scrutiny
-
Manage & supervise Security affairs
-
Quarterly security internal audits and maintain KPIs
-
Managing, coordinating/ directing required support and services.
-
Maintaining security gate control records & documentation on daily basis.
-
Manage & supervise Security support plan & Manpower
-
Prepares reports for disciplinary, criminal investigations as well in support of any prosecution falling in preview of Corporate Security.

Manage additional 3rd party support where required, reviewing, selecting, managing and supporting deployment of agreed security services.

Facilitate and manage immigration, Police reporting formalities, Security of foreigners involved in various projects/visiting Pakistan
-
Support in preparing of annual budget forecast, (OPEX/CAPEX) controlling and reporting monthly expenditure, meeting and maintaining budgetary constraints.

Handling of grievances of employees, visitors & 3rd party service providers/ vendors

Identify / coordinate and implement training needs of subordinates

Provides guidance and facilitate on Security matters to respective location admin & security team
-
Control and manage Security arrangements of Plant Operation and ensure safety of the Company’s resources and Assets.

Keep a strong check on gate control, perimeter security & material movement.

Keep a track on all gate passes as well as visitor/staff movement and timely follow up on returnable gate passes

Keep everyone updated on security related matters through security advisories

Manage Corporate Affairs

Liaison with government departments / corporate bodies in connection with day to day official work.

Regulate operations of security ground affairs and ensure its effective control to meet the standards and requirements.

Regional offices as well as company warehouses security monitoring

Close coordination with all departments in order to provide excellent services.

Complying with security requirements and adherence to the SOPs
-
Supporting, coordinating and controlling unforeseen requirements.

Carrying out security and implementing mitigation plans.

Support Plant Managers in business related matters related to Security/ Government/Public affairs
-
Manage Liaison and Public Relations with Government and local authorities.

Prepare and submit for approvals the annual budget forecast, (OPEX/CAPEX) controlling and reporting monthly expenditure, meeting and maintaining budgetary constraints.

Timely Closure of IA security audit related observations
Minimum Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors Degree

MPA / MBA preferred
