Manager – Seed Operations & Processing

Innova Group is seeking a motivated and experiences Manager - Seed Operations & Processing to lead and expand our seed operations..

Role Overview:

The Manager – Seed Operations & Processing will be responsible for end-to-end management of the seed handling and processing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall management of seed processing plant operations
• Supervision of seed cleaning, grading, drying, treatment, packing, and storage
• Ensuring quality standards, germination norms, and regulatory compliance
• Inventory management and coordination with procurement & sales teams
• Manpower management and implementation of SOPs
• Monitoring plant efficiency, maintenance coordination, and cost control

Qualification & Experience:

• B.Sc / M.Sc (Agriculture) or relevant qualification
• 8–12 years of experience in seed processing and plant operations
• Strong knowledge of seed quality and handling processes

Salary: Market competitive (commensurate with experience)
