Manager – Seed Purchase & Procurement

Innova Group, a fast-growing agri-input company, is expanding its Seed Division and invites applications from experienced professionals for the position of Manager – Seed Purchase & Procurement.

Role Overview:

The Manager – Seed Purchase & Procurement will handle sourcing and procurement of raw seed to meet production and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and execution of seed procurement strategies
• Vendor, farmer, and contract grower development
• Negotiation of prices and procurement contracts
• Quality assessment of raw seed at procurement stage
• Ensuring timely availability of seed as per processing plans
• Coordination with operations team for demand forecasting

Qualification & Experience:

• B.Sc / M.Sc (Agriculture) or related qualification
• 8–12 years of experience in seed procurement or sourcing
• Strong farmer/vendor network and negotiation skills
