Manager / Senior Manager – Data Classification and Data Privacy

Job Summary

Moore JFC Group is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale Data Classification, Privacy, and Protection Program (DCPP). This role will lead and contribute to technical and techno-functional work across data discovery, classification, governance, and privacy implementation, with a strong focus on Microsoft Purview and MIP alignment.

The position is delivery-focused and requires translating regulatory and governance requirements into practical technical solutions, implementation-ready documentation, and effective execution across business and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical workstreams across data discovery, inventory, and data flow mapping
• Drive data classification, labelling frameworks, and privacy control implementation
• Align Microsoft Purview, MIP, and related tools with program requirements
• Translate governance and privacy requirements into actionable procedures and templates
• Support risk management, KPI reporting, audit readiness, and remediation activities
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and contribute to governance and reporting packs
• Review team deliverables and ensure quality, consistency, and documentation standards
• Support knowledge transfer and operationalization of controls

Candidate Profile

• Manager: 7–10 years | Senior Manager: 10–14+ years of relevant experience
• Strong experience in data privacy, governance, classification, and protection
• Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Purview, MIP, and M365 compliance tools preferred
• Experience in data discovery, data flows, privacy controls, and risk frameworks
• Proven consulting, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation experience

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft Security/Purview, ISO 27001/27701, privacy) preferred
• Strong techno-functional, documentation, and reporting skills
• Ability to translate policies into implementable technical solutions
• High attention to detail, ownership, and delivery focus

Preferred Experience

• GCC consulting or large enterprise program delivery
• Exposure to regulated sectors (government, real estate, infrastructure)
• Experience with audit readiness and compliance frameworks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
