Manager / Senior Manager – Human Resources

Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring a Manager / Senior Manager – Human Resources for a reputable client in the Insurance sector based in Karachi. We are looking for an experienced HR professional with strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits, HR policies, and HR process management.

Requirements:

· MBA / Master’s degree in HR or a related discipline

· 6–10+ years of HR experience, preferably in the Insurance sector

· Strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits, HR policy development, and HR processes

· Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and implement compensation and benefits strategies, salary structures, and employee benefit programs

· Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and frameworks

· Ensure effective HR processes and compliance with labor laws and industry regulations

· Oversee performance management and employee engagement initiatives

· Provide HR support to leadership and contribute to organizational development

· Analyze compensation data to maintain market competitiveness and internal equity
