Job Responsibilities :

  • Minimum ocean transit losses and operating losses within targets
  • Perform correct accounting of product, analysis of daily loss/gain and initiate and initiate corrective measures to achieve target
  • Analyse transit / ocean losses per parcel and initiate corrective measures, timely recoveries and lodgement of claims
  • Ensure correct calibration of TLCU, Prover, weighbridge and Tank Trucks
  • Ensure day end reconciliation before leaving the Terminal
  • Operate within budgets and reduce cost
  • Monitor and control cost of utilities and operating consumables
  • Ensure nil demurrage on account of Terminal while unloading vessels
  • Ensure NIL product contamination
  • Delivery of Q & Q proposition and improved service level
  • Ensure timely delivery of product to customer
  • Ensure no customer complaints of density variation and water, sludge/sediments by periodic tank draining.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of product to customers by control of TT cycle time within the terminal
  • Induct TTs as per SOPs and keep record
  • Compliance of Operations, HSSE and Quality SOP#s and follow best industry practices
  • Ensure Daily reconciliation of Locks / Keys & seals
  • Perform TT calibration and pressure testing and issuance of TREM card in terminal
  • Ensure compliance to all operation, maintenance, Quality and HSSE Mgmt. System processes by periodic audits with no NCs
  • Coordinate with Logistic coordinator and TT Officer for availability of trucks, spot/additional requirements and status of loaded trucks etc.
  • Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements by timely renewal of all licenses

  • Ensure toolbox talks to TT crew and other contract staff


Education Requirement :

  • Necessary: Diploma / Degree Holder


Experience Requirement :

  • Necessary: Up to 3 years# experience
