  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Support the development and implementation of service offerings and smart solution products based on market needs and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with manufacturers and vendors, ensuring high-quality solutions and reliable partnerships to support ongoing projects.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key enterprise clients, government entities, and private sector companies.
  • Supervise and guide the smart solutions team, monitoring performance, providing day-to-day support, and ensuring achievement of project and sales targets.
  • Assist in driving product enhancement and innovation initiatives, including contributing to research activities and supporting development of new solution concepts.
  • Drive sales for IT solutions including Storage, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud-based security solutions, and unified communication platforms.
  • Support the review of client agreements, ensuring secure payment terms and compliance with approved commercial and contractual requirements.
  • Use strong communication and negotiation skills to coordinate resolution of KPI deviations, project issues, or minor contractual claims.
  • Develop deep understanding of client IT infrastructure needs and position relevant solutions to address challenges.
  • Ensure standardization of processes and SOPs across smart solution projects to improve consistency, service quality, and client delivery standards.
  • Engage with clients regularly to understand operational needs, provide updates, address concerns, and help maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
