Core Responsibilities
Daily
  • Monitor and engage on all active platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook if
applicable). Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions.
  • Conduct social listening: monitor mentions of the brand, competitors, and relevant
trends.
  • Review TikTok trends and audio daily; flag ideas that could work for Fred’s products or
humor style.
  • Update Linktree to reflect current promotions, product launches, or seasonal campaigns.
  • Manage posting schedule and ensure captions align with Fred’s tone (clever, short,
relatable).
  • Create and post Instagram Stories relevant to campaigns or sales
  • Proofread and check links on email campaigns
Weekly
  • Plan the week’s content calendar in Later or similar tools; adjust cadence per platform
performance.
  • Create and edit short-form videos:
  • TikToks 4-5x/week: Created natively in TikTok to maximize trend participation
and algorithm reach.
  • Instagram Reels 3x/week: Edited in Edits or Reels editor for polished delivery.
  • Brainstorm and script new content concepts inspired by trends, seasonality, and product
launches.
  • Check Amazon, website, and Yotpo for new reviews or UGC opportunities to repurpose.
  • Design supporting social assets in Canva (stories, memes, promotional graphics).
  • Review and update Amazon listings, product descriptions, and website copy as needed.
  • Monitor and manage TikTok Shop ad spend: track budget, analyze performance, and
optimize campaigns.
  • Optimize TikTok Shop product descriptions for discoverability, clarity, and conversion.
  • Identify potential gifting or collaboration opportunities with influencers, brands, or
media.
  • Check YOTPO, tag product in UGC posts to be added to our content library
  • Manage influencer relationships: outreach, contracts, content briefs, and tracking
deliverables.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to align content strategy with
upcoming campaigns.
Monthly / Ongoing
  • SEO optimize Tiktok Shop product descriptions and ensure new products are synced
correctly from Shopify
  • Create Amazon Creator Connections programs with Ryan & Abby
  • Supply creative content for paid media during sales periods for Ashley & Lindsey
  • Update Amazon storefront according to seasonality, upload new products to the
storefront upon arrival
  • Create Amazon product bullet points, update variations, and spot price abnormalities to
be submitted to the Amazon Team
  • Update Shopify products to include upsells, tags, etc.
  • Refresh Pinterest boards and upload optimized Pins for gifting, lifestyle, and product
discovery.
  • Check for dupe listings to be reported to Redpoints
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels and content formats.
  • Track social media trends, platform updates, and emerging formats to inform strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to repurpose high-performing content across platforms (TikTok →
Reels → Pinterest).
  • Capture lifestyle or product photography for organic content and campaigns
(iPhone-level acceptable).
  • Maintain a repository of creative assets, templates, and best practices for future content
creation.
  • Evaluate influencer and collaboration outcomes to inform future partnerships
  • Report on performance metrics across all platforms: engagement, follower growth,
content performance, ROI, and ad spend efficiency..
Content Creation Workflow
1. Trend Research (Monday focus)
  • Dedicate significant time to scanning TikTok for trending audios, formats,
challenges, or meme styles.
  • Evaluate trends for brand fit and potential product integration.
  • Build a weekly filming agenda or shot list based on trends, product launches, and
promotions.
2. Filming
  • Capture new content for TikTok, Instagram Reels.
  • Maintain a playful, authentic on-brand aesthetic
3. Editing
  • TikTok: Edit natively in TikTok for best algorithm performance.
  • Instagram Reels: Edit in Edits or Reels editor for polished output. Test video
performance using Trial reels to experiment with different audio or video options.
  • Add captions that match Fred’s clever, playful voice.
  • Keep text font consistent within each platform, remaining native to their available
font assets
4. Creating Graphics / Supporting Assets
  • Design Instagram Stories, memes, promotional graphics, and sales assets in
Canva.
  • Update Linktree links to reflect active promotions or product pushes.
  • Repurpose graphics across platforms when appropriate, keeping style consistent.
5. Publishing & Monitoring
  • Post content according to the weekly calendar or manual posting schedule.
  • Engage with comments and monitor early analytics to boost performance.
  • Tag products in Yotpo listings when mentioned in user-generated content.
  • Track TikTok Shop performance and make adjustments to descriptions and
campaigns as needed.
6. Analysis & Optimization
  • Review analytics weekly for all platforms to identify top-performing formats,
captions, and products.
  • Adjust content strategy for the next week based on performance, trends, and
collaboration results.
  • Optimize TikTok Shop listings and ads based on conversion metrics.
