Job Responsibilities:
Solutions Pre-Sales & Technical Leadership:

Lead technical discovery with regional solutions teams to develop end-to-end solution architectures, including draft designs, network diagrams, BoQ/BoM, and customer-ready Statements of Work

Collaborate closely with HQ Solution Architecture & Design teams on complex or non-standard architectures, solution designs, and SoWs.

Own RFP and RFI responses, coordinating inputs from Architecture, Products, Legal, Finance, Credit/Contracts, and partners to ensure compliant, on-time submissions that protect solution margins

Lead all tendering activities including proposal packaging, compliance matrices, clarifications, forms, approvals, and document management.

Coordinate pricing inputs with Product Owners, ensuring list prices, discounts, and special commercial terms follow defined approval frameworks prior to submission
Commercial & Contract Governance:

Ensure executed contracts fully reflect the agreed solution scope, SLAs, acceptance criteria, delivery milestones, and billing triggers.

Build comprehensive handover packs including design documentation, acceptance test plans, project schedules, and partner responsibilities

Confirm delivery readiness with NOMC, Engineering teams, and regional Project Managers before execution begins
Project Management & Delivery Oversight:

Lead or ensure project kick-off is conducted in line with defined delivery playbooks following contract signature

Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and change requests, escalating blockers early to ensure timely resolution

Maintain clear and consistent communication with Account Managers and customers through structured status reporting

Drive customer acceptance and ensure all documentation required to trigger billing is completed accurately and on time
Capability Building & Continuous Improvement:

Maintain and continuously improve a reusable solutions library, including reference architectures, proposal and SoW templates, and delivery checklists

Capture win/loss analysis and price-to-win insights; feed learnings back to Solution Architecture and Product teams to improve offerings and playbooks

Coach and mentor regional pre-sales engineers and project managers on proposal quality, scope control, governance, and stakeholder management

Work Experience:
