Manager Sourcing

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end sourcing process, including vendor identification, evaluation, and negotiation.
• Oversee import procurement, ensuring compliance with customs, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with global procurement standards and sustainability goals.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and clearing agents for timely material availability.
• Partner with global and regional sourcing teams to implement best practices and cost optimization initiatives.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage risk, and ensure consistent quality and service levels.
• Lead cost analysis, budgeting, and reporting to drive efficiency and transparency in procurement.
• Support audit readiness and maintain all sourcing documentation and contracts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in sourcing and import operations within FMCG or pharmaceutical industries.
• Strong knowledge of import documentation, HS codes, customs processes, and global trade regulations.
• Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in SAP or ERP-based sourcing systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (local and international).
• Age should be below 40 years.
