Hiring | Sr. Manager – Legal (Real Estate) | Mumbai

We are hiring multiple Senior Legal Professionals to strengthen our Real Estate Legal function across Due Diligence, Litigation, and Plotted Development.

📍 Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli)

🎓 Qualification: LLB

🕒 Experience: 8 –15 Years (Real Estate / Law Firm preferred)

🔹 Role Overview

The incumbent will be responsible for handling end-to-end legal support across:

• Land title due diligence & transaction structuring
• Drafting and closure of development / JV agreements
• Customer documentation & dispute management
• Litigation handling & court representation
• Legal advisory to internal stakeholders

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed title due diligence and identify transaction risks
• Draft JDA, SPA, SHA, Development Agreements, Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, POA
• Structure real estate transactions (JV / LLP / Collaboration models)
• Handle customer agreements, allotment letters, possession documents
• Represent the company in litigations and draft pleadings/notices
• Liaise with authorities for approvals and registrations
• Provide legal advisory support to cross-functional teams

• Land Due Diligence & Maharashtra Revenue Records
• Real Estate Litigation (Civil / RERA matters)
• Plotted Development & Land Aggregation
• Deal Structuring & JV Negotiations
• Customer Dispute Handling

• Strong drafting & negotiation skills
• In-depth knowledge of real estate legislations
• Ability to manage multiple transactions under tight timelines
• Good Communication Skills.
