Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Manager – Stock (Agri Commodities) to oversee the end-to-end stock management of key crops including rice, wheat, corn, and other agricultural commodities. The role demands strong expertise in agricultural supply chain operations, warehouse and stock management, and coordination across collection centers and procurement teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor stock levels of agricultural commodities (rice, wheat, corn, etc.) across warehouses and collection centers
• Ensure accurate and timely procurement, storage, and dispatch of commodities
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to maintain real-time and error-free inventory records
• Implement SOPs and best practices for agri-commodity stock management
• Analyze stock data to identify trends, shortages, quality issues, or overstock situations
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, company policies, and food safety regulations
• Supervise collection center/warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for reporting, audits, and management review
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve operational challenges

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in agri-commodities stock, warehouse, or supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of agricultural produce handling, storage standards, and inventory management systems
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/inventory management software
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage field operations effectively

Location:
Head Office: NASTP, Lahore Cantt (Note: Candidate must be flexible to travel to warehouses and collection centers across different regions as per operational needs)

Timings:

Mon–Fri 9 AM to 6 PM | Sat 10 AM to 4 PM
