Position Summary
The incumbent will play a critical role in shaping and optimizing the consumer experience within the financial services and digital payments ecosystem. This role will be responsible for managing effective utilization of budgetary resources to deliver both financial and non-financial KPIs, while driving sustainable user engagement and base health. The position will bridge short-term operational performance metrics with long-term strategic objectives, ensuring disciplined P&L management and sustained business performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Consumer Journey Optimization: Lead optimization of the end-to-end consumer journey across the Easypaisa ecosystem, ensuring seamless, intuitive, and consistent experiences across all digital and physical touchpoints.

Product Strategy & Enhancement: Partner with product, technology, and business teams to conceptualize, launch, and scale consumer-centric products and enhancements. Continuously assess market trends and competitive dynamics to identify innovation and differentiation opportunities.

Business Forecasting & Planning: Own the development of business forecasting models to predict market trends, consumer behavior, and demand. Work closely with data and finance teams to translate insights into actionable plans for resource allocation, capacity planning, and overall ecosystem growth.

Market & Consumer Insights: Drive deep consumer and market analysis to understand behavior, preferences, and pain points. Leverage insights to inform go-to-market strategies, base expansion, and growth initiatives.

Partnership Strategy & Management: Build and manage strategic relationships with partners, vendors, and ecosystem stakeholders. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships that strengthen the platform’s value proposition and commercial outcomes.

Consumer Engagement & Base Growth: Design and execute engagement strategies including targeted campaigns and lifecycle initiatives to drive acquisition, activation, usage, and retention, ensuring consistent and impactful consumer communication.

Data-Driven Performance Management: Establish a strong data-driven decision-making culture by tracking KPIs, measuring program effectiveness, and continuously optimizing initiatives to improve consumer and financial outcomes.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, customer support, and finance, to ensure alignment of consumer ecosystem strategies with broader organizational objectives. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and teamwork.

User Education & Enablement: Lead initiatives to improve consumer understanding and adoption of Easypaisa offerings through structured education, intuitive content, and in-app guidance in collaboration with marketing and communications teams.

Performance Monitoring & Executive Reporting: Define success metrics and reporting frameworks for consumer ecosystem initiatives. Deliver regular, insight-driven performance updates to senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Emerging Trends & Technology Adoption: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating opportunities to enhance consumer experience, operational efficiency, and long-term competitiveness.

Budget & ROI Management: Partner with finance to plan and manage budgets across consumer initiatives, ensuring disciplined spend, measurable ROI, and alignment with overall P&L and base growth objectives.
