About this Position

Manage e2e Purchasing supply resilience activities coordinating with supply chain to optimize the overall supply chain of direct material suppliers, tier-n suppliers as well as logistics providers to secure future supply and related NES

What you´ll do

  • Act as a Strategic Solution provider to optimize (together with SC) the e2e value chain demand-to-supply to improve supplier performance level with proactive supplier engagements, supplier quality level & Raws / Packs inventory & consignment stock for local/regional suppliers
  • Ensure supply continuity & manage all critical shortages & FM’s avoiding out of stocks & impact on NES
  • Supports the sourcing categories in bringing contractual agreements to a higher level of maturity and standardization with regards to risk mitigation, operational performance and supply chain optimization (MOQ, Incoterm, Lead Time)
  • Ensure consistent global documentation & reporting on supply disruptions & defined supply resilience KPIs in the region
  • Enhance usage of tool & BI dashboard on supplier performance (supplier evals, OTIF), supply disruption (FM CRISP) and proactive risk mitigation & Tier-1 data (DDF)
  • Responsible for local/regional supplier scouting with close collaboration with the sourcing teams to increase the sourcing flexibility
  • Handling IATF, ISO, Customer and Internal audits.

What makes you a good fit

  • Any Graduate or Degree in Supply Chain/MBA preferred
  • Minimum 5 years in sourcing &/or supply chain background beneficial
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills
  • Ability to quickly gain cross-category knowledge in different direct materials & logistics sourcing categories
  • High level of digital skills to drive creative solutions embedded in digital framework FP and SC
  • Strong communication skills (fluent in English & local language) & Stakeholder Management
