About the Role

As the Manager - Supply Chain Excellence , you will play a pivotal role in optimizing end-to-end supply chain performance. Your mission is to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and lead strategic initiatives that elevate operational standards across Procurement, MRP, Demand Planning, Raw & Pack, and Agri/Protein Operations.

You will act as a catalyst for innovation, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making—bringing best practices that align with business goals and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Serve as the bridge between Procurement, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and MRP teams.
• Identify workflow gaps and implement solutions for stronger alignment and accountability.
• Lead regular coordination sessions focused on accuracy, inventory health, and service performance.

Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Lead process mapping, optimization, and standardization initiatives.
• Deploy Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen methodologies to eliminate waste and boost productivity.
• Define, develop, and track KPIs tied to efficiency and cost reduction.

Data-Driven Insights

• Analyze supply chain data to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop performance dashboards and reporting tools to support decision-making.
• Recommend strategic improvements based on solid analytics.

Systems & Digital Transformation

• Work with IT and system owners to enhance ERP, IBP, WMS , and other digital tools.
• Drive automation and digital transformation of supply chain processes.
• Ensure seamless integration across planning and execution systems.

Dashboarding & Performance Visibility

• Build and maintain real-time analytics dashboards ( Power BI, SAC , etc.).
• Promote data literacy by training teams on dashboard interpretation.

Strategic Projects

• Lead high-impact projects focused on operational excellence, cost optimization, and performance enhancement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements.

What We’re Looking For

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years in supply chain or logistics roles.
• At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement or operational excellence .
• Certifications like Lean, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), and CSCP preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
• Proficiency in process optimization , Lean methodologies, and workflow enhancement.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and BI tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.
• Ability to drive collaboration across multiple teams.
