Manager Supply Chain & Logistics

We are urgently hiring Manager Supply Chain & Logistics for one of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels, ensuring minimal stockouts or overstock situations.
• Oversee procurement processes, vendor management, and supplier relationships.
• Manage logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
• Coordinate directly with riders/drivers, track deliveries, and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards for storage, handling, and transportation.
• Analyze supply chain metrics and generate reports for management review.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, finance, operations) for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Education:
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management.
• Proven experience coordinating with delivery personnel (riders/drivers) for timely deliveries.
• Experience with vendor management, process optimization, and operational efficiency.
