Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement & Vendor Management
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective sourcing.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers; maintain vendor relationships.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply terms.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
2. Material Planning & Inventory Control
- Plan and forecast material requirements based on production schedules.
- Optimize inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.
- Conduct regular inventory reviews, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with production, sales, and finance for accurate forecasts.
3. Logistics & Distribution
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of finished goods.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for efficient movement.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
4. Warehousing Management
- Monitor warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Implement best practices for space utilization, safety, and housekeeping (5S).
- Drive automation and digitalization for improved warehouse efficiency
5. Cost Optimization & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to reduce cost across procurement, logistics, and inventory.
- Implement lean practices to minimize waste and improve productivity.
- Lead supply chain improvement initiatives and implement SOPs.
6. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Maintain supply chain dashboards and KPIs (OTIF, lead time, inventory turns, etc.).
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps.
- Present monthly supply chain reviews to management.
7. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with production, QA, sales, finance, and operations teams.
- Ensure seamless flow of materials and information across departments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain (preferred).
- 5–12 years of experience in supply chain operations (manufacturing preferred).
- Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, planning, and warehouse processes.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics).
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
