Manager Supply Chain & SME Financing – Digital Banking Group

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification :

• Preferably a Master’s/MBA or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field from a reputed institution.

Required Skill Set :

• Sales management, leadership, team building, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Strong critical thinking and multi-tasking skills.

• Knowledge of Supply Chain & SME financing with exposure to lending ecosystems.

• Sound understanding of lending regulations (SBP PRs, ECIB, SME).

• Leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams, including Risk/Credit, Operations, IT, CAD, and Recovery teams.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends related to lending products.

• Ability to coordinate engagement with internal teams.

Job Responsibilities :

• Drive customer acquisition for Supply Chain & SME lending strategies to meet account and volume targets through channel enablement.

• Identify opportunities to scale through Existing Bank relationships and generate new customers.

• Monitor sales performance and implement measures to meet disbursement and account activation targets.

• Conduct on-site relationship visits to potential Anchors/Suppliers/Distributors for sales pitches, along with relevant teams.

• Experience conducting market research and customer analysis in digital lending.

• Gather and analyze customer challenges to provide feedback to the product team for continuous improvements.

• Cross-sell and implement campaigns/promotional strategies that boost all digital product sales, while also serving integrated solutions to clients.

• Understand the products and partnerships with fintech companies and other stakeholders to enhance digital lending capabilities.

• Must have a strong understanding of lending regulations and compliance, along with excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.

• Any other tasks as assigned by management.

Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Management of lending products or a related field, preferably in the financial services industry.
