Manager – Sustainability & Governance

We are urgently hiring for Manager – Sustainability & Governance for one of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate sustainability and environmental initiatives across various business functions.
• Lead the preparation of sustainability-related disclosures and reports in accordance with applicable international and local frameworks.
• Identify, evaluate, and monitor environmental and climate-related risks and improvement opportunities within operations.
• Work closely with senior leadership, advisors, and assurance partners to ensure regulatory and governance alignment.
• Establish and track sustainability performance indicators, dashboards, and reporting metrics.
• Support governance structures, internal committees, and management-level reporting related to sustainability matters.
• Guide and mentor team members involved in sustainability and compliance activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree or professional qualification (e.g., CA or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in sustainability, environmental governance, or compliance leadership roles, preferably within industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong exposure to sustainability reporting standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proven leadership capability with strong stakeholder management skills.
