- Lead the implementation and cascading of the corporate sustainability strategy across RSG and its subsidiaries
- Establish and manage ESG governance structures, including executive-level committees and working groups
- Develop execution plans, KPIs, and performance tracking mechanisms to ensure delivery of sustainability objectives
- Oversee ESG disclosures and reporting in line with global standards (GRI, IFRS ISSB S1/S2, SASB, etc.)
- Manage sustainability benchmarking and ratings (e.g., MSCI, S&P Global, GRESB)
- Drive data governance, validation, and consolidation across functions for accurate reporting
- Lead single and double materiality assessments to define ESG priorities
- Provide strategic insights on ESG trends, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership
- Lead initiatives related to climate risk, resilience, and decarbonization
- Support the development and execution of sustainability-linked and green finance initiatives (GLP/GBP awareness)
- Ensure alignment with national sustainability agendas (Saudi Vision 2030, Saudi Green Initiative)
- Act as a central point of coordination across internal functions and subsidiaries
- Engage with external stakeholders including regulators, partners, and industry bodies
- Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reports for leadership and board committees
- Ensure adherence to ESG policies, governance frameworks, and reporting standards across the organization
- Identify opportunities to enhance ESG processes, systems, and frameworks in line with global best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, ESG, or related field
- Master’s degree is preferred
- 6–8+ years of relevant experience in sustainability, ESG, strategy, or related areas
- Experience managing enterprise-level sustainability or ESG programs is strongly preferred
- GRI, IFRS/ISSB, CDP, or equivalent ESG-related certifications
- Sustainability strategy execution & governance
- Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks and reporting standards
- Understanding of climate risk, resilience, and sustainable finance
- Experience with materiality assessments
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
- Executive communication and presentation skills
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
