Manager – Tadbeer Service Center

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Purpose:
To manage the overall operations of the Tadbeer service center, ensuring compliance with MOHRE regulations, efficient recruitment and deployment of domestic workers, and superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all operations related to recruitment, documentation, and deployment of domestic workers.
  • Ensure compliance with MOHRE standards, labor laws, and licensing requirements.
  • Manage customer service operations including complaints, disputes, and resolution.
  • Supervise staff performance, training, and adherence to policies.
  • Build and maintain relations with government entities, embassies, and partner agencies.
  • Monitor budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Implement quality assurance and audit processes.
  • Report regularly to MOHRE and internal management on operations and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of managerial experience in recruitment, HR, or government service centers.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE domestic worker regulations and MOHRE guidelines.
  • Strong people management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
