**Job Summary:**

The Manager – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all functions. This role involves end-to-end hiring management, workforce planning, sourcing strategy, employer branding, and ensuring a strong candidate experience. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to hire efficiently for volume as well as niche roles.

## **Key Responsibilities:**

### **Talent Acquisition Strategy**

* Develop, implement, and refine recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.

* Plan manpower in coordination with department heads and leadership.

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid, senior, and leadership roles.

### **Sourcing & Hiring**

* Utilize multiple channels: Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and campus hiring.

* Create effective pipelines for bulk hiring and niche roles.

* Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial rounds.

* Ensure hiring within TAT and budget.

### **Stakeholder & Vendor Management**

* Partner with business leaders to understand role requirements.

* Manage external recruitment consultants and negotiate terms.

* Provide regular hiring updates and dashboards to leadership.

### **Process Improvement**

* Implement best practices in recruitment, assessment, and selection.

* Drive automation and ATS usage for efficient hiring.

* Monitor recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, sourcing efficiency, etc.).

### **Employer Branding**

* Strengthen employer branding initiatives for online presence and candidate engagement.

* Manage recruitment events, job fairs, and campus drives.

### **Team Management**

* Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team.

* Allocate roles and monitor performance.

### **Compliance & Documentation**

* Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and recruitment documentation.

* Manage offer letters, negotiations, and onboarding coordination.

## **Qualification:**

* MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent

* 7–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2–4 years in a managerial role
