About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager – Taxation to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with direct and indirect taxation laws, including provincial taxes such as SRB and PRA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely filing of monthly and annual tax returns.
• Manage direct and indirect tax compliance across all business operations.
• Handle provincial taxes and related filings (SRB, PRA, etc.).
• Provide tax planning, advisory, and compliance support to senior management.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government bodies.
• Monitor changes in tax regulations and implement necessary compliance measures.

Candidate Profile:

• Professional qualification (CA, ICMA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of taxation experience.
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the logistics/freight forwarding industry.
• Strong command over provincial taxation matters (SRB, PRA, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
