Job Description Summary

Job Description 
To control and monitor the preventive maintenance carried out as per schedule. 
To provide the resources and time for HSE training, workplaces, accommodation and
facilities for staff. 
Ensure SO observation completion on time. 
TBT for all associated team members 
Ensure 100% legal compliance 
Participating in all near miss incidents and accident investigations. 
Participating in emergency exercises 
Requiring that all incidents are investigated promptly and take appropriate steps for
preventive recurrence. 
Attend safety committee meetings 
Spread safety procedure across down team 
To manage, operate, repair, and maintain the building in a professional and diligent
manner, consistent with the approved budget and industry standards, in the locale where
the building is operating. 
To ensure fulfillment of occupants/customers obligations under the lease agreement of
the space in the building. 
To purchase all equipment, tools, appliances, materials including consumables and
supplies reasonably necessary and desirable for the operation and maintenance of the
building. 
To handle all requests and complaints of the occupants/customers. 
To ensure stringent health and safety practices in all the areas in the building. 
To retain all documents and records, till the minimum retention period. 
To ensure compliance of legal & statutory compliances check list pertaining to integrated
management system & norms/ restrictions affecting the building
