Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager Technical Operations to lead and manage broadcast technical operations across our media platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth transmission, optimal system performance, and uninterrupted broadcast operations while leading technical teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day technical operations of broadcast systems and infrastructure
• Ensure uninterrupted transmission and studio operations
• Manage maintenance of broadcast equipment, servers, networking, and IT systems
• Coordinate with engineering, IT, and production teams for smooth workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Manage vendors, service contracts, and technical procurement
• Lead, train, and evaluate technical teams
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunication / IT Engineering
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in media/broadcast technical operations
• At least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of broadcast systems, transmission, IT networks, and studio operations
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
