Role

We are seeking an ambitious Manager in the UAE to drive growth in the Wealth & Asset Management Consulting (WAM) practice in the Middle East. Key responsibilities include developing relationships, managing engagements, delivering high profile projects, and ensuring a first class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage high quality deliverables, execute recommendations, and communicate effectively with engagement and client teams.
• Address complex issues in strategy, innovation, customer experience, and digital transformation, especially at the front line.
• Advise WAM clients on strategic decisions by developing scenarios, formulating options, and providing insight into potential outcomes.
• Support clients entering new markets, implementing digital customer strategies, and improving customer focus.

Technology Consulting Grade Qualifications

• 5-12 years of relevant experience in wealth and asset management, technology, or strategy consulting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Functional and technical knowledge of WAM technology platforms (e.g., BlackRock Aladdin, SimCorp, Temenos, Avaloq, SEI, FNZ).
• Understanding of technology/IT architecture, interfaces, and data migration.
• Proven track record of effectively managing projects and/or client engagements.
• English proficiency; Arabic preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Preferred (Ideal) Qualifications

• Knowledge of statutory and regulatory aspects of WAM.
• Excellent project management, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
