Tendering cum Business Development:
Meeting potential Government and Private clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Developing quotes and proposals for clients
Developing business growth strategies and action plans
keep the seniors informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
Studying the Tender Document & analyze Commercial and Technical Points
Co-ordination with various departments such as Design, Procurement, supervision, Commercial, Legal etc. to get various inputs in line with bid requirement
Evaluate the CVs for Bid
Preparing tenders and overall management and coordination of activities in the tender preparation
Analyze documents such as BOQ (Bill of Quantities) special and technical conditions of contract and the timely submission of tender,
Post bid follow up with client and responding to the queries / clarifications
Maintaining documentation and records of the tender processes
Preference will be given to candidates having experience in tendering / bid submission with any engineering consultancy company having experience in various infrastructure projects.
Post graduate preferable but not mandatory
Effective communication skills, willing to travel
Excellent computer skills and good knowledge of the operation of spread sheet and power point.
