As a Manager Trainee, you’ll receive hands-on training to develop expertise in consultative sales and client support. In this customer-facing role, you’ll engage directly with individuals and businesses to promote quality telecommunications solutions, assist with product selection, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. The Manager Trainee serves as a key point of contact—selling, supporting, and resolving inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Role Requirements for a Manager Trainee:
- Actively connect with customers in local communities to introduce and promote our client’s products and services.
- Present, promote and sell our client’s products through clear, needs-based conversations.
- Assist customers with account setup, ensuring a smooth enrollment experience and accurate service activation.
- Deliver responsive post-sale support, helping clients navigate service plans and troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
- Meet and exceed individual goals for new customer acquisition, account retention, and service satisfaction.
- Follow all company protocols to ensure ethical, compliant, and high-quality sales practices.
- Keep customer data and sales activity updated in the CRM system with precision and consistency.
- Support team success by contributing to daily briefings, sharing insights, and maintaining a collaborative work environment.
