AIMS Education System Job Advertisement Position: Manager Training – Curriculum & Montessori (Female)
Location: H-8, Islamabad
Working Days: 6 days per week. AIMS Education System is inviting applications for the position of Manager Training – Curriculum & Montessori (Female) at our H-8 campus in Islamabad. We are seeking a highly qualified professional with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in curriculum development and Montessori education/management. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and evaluate training programs for curriculum development and Montessori education.
• Mentor and support teachers and managers in both curriculum and Montessori methodologies.
• Develop and update training materials in line with educational standards and Montessori philosophy.
• Ensure excellence in teaching practices and educational leadership.

Requirements:

• Female candidate with at least 10 years of relevant experience in curriculum and Montessori management.
• Having a Master's Degree
• Proven expertise in curriculum planning and Montessori education.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week at the H-8 campus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
