    Job Description:

    Qualification & Experience:

    Essential:

    • MBA/master’s in business, Management, or Leadership from HEC recognized University with 6–8 years of relevant experience in L&D or consulting.

    Desirable:

    • Prior experience in designing and delivering customized learning solutions for organizations.

    Purpose of the Position:

    • To plan, manage, and deliver customized executive education programs designed for corporate and institutional clients
    • To ensure effective coordination, logistics, and client engagement throughout the training cycle (needs assessment, program design, delivery, documentation, and post-program reporting).


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop tailor-made executive programs based on client needs.
    • Coordinate with corporate leaders and subject experts for curriculum design.
    • Manage contracts, deliverables, and post-training reports.
    • Ensure financial and intellectual value of each program.

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

    • Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
    • Ability to translate corporate challenges into training solutions
    • Excellent written and verbal communication (English & Urdu)
    • Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools
    • Ability to coordinate logistics (refreshments, accommodation, training material, documentation).
    • Knowledge of marketing and outreach for executive education
    • Strong stakeholder management and customer service orientation
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple programs simultaneously
    • Familiarity with NUST/government academic procedures desirable.

    Terms & Conditions:

    • Candidates are required to attach scanned copies of their documents (Academics / Professional).
    • Last education certificate/degree must be attested/verified by HEC.

    Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:

    • 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
    • NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
    • In process of pursuing a required degree.
    • Medically unfit.
    • Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
    • Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed forces may apply through their respective parent department / organizations. Late / incomplete applications will be ignored. Only short-listed candidates will be considered / called for test / interview and no TA / DA will be admissible.
