Learning & Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and develop learning programs aligned with business goals and technical advancements in the textile industry

· Create training content on textile manufacturing, materials science, quality control, and emerging technologies

· Identify training needs in collaboration with technical teams and subject matter experts

· Evaluate program effectiveness using data and feedback; implement improvements accordingly

· Support skill development and upskilling initiatives in textile machinery and process optimization

· Maintain accurate training documentation, including SOPs, manuals, and e-learning materials

Requirements:

· MBA/MPA, M.Ed, MS in Psychology

· Experience in L&D, preferably in technical or manufacturing settings

· Knowledge of instructional design, learning principles, and technical training development

· Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
