Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, training coordination, or corporate L&D.
  • Strong skills in MS Office, Canva, and professional email communication.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in English communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to support business development and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the B2B sales team by preparing proposals, RFQs, RFPs, and corporate training solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Assist in developing and delivering corporate learning proposals, training outlines, and business presentations.
  • Coordinate with clients, trainers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training projects.
  • Design and create marketing and training materials (e.g., handouts, course flyers, presentations) using Canva or similar tools.
  • Research and source qualified trainers or consultants for corporate training needs (esp. via LinkedIn and professional networks).
  • Draft and publish job posts, manage postings across platforms (esp. LinkedIn), and screen trainer and staff profiles.
  • Maintain and update records of trainers, clients, proposals, and projects for the B2B department.
  • Assist in contract preparation, documentation, and compliance tracking.
  • Contribute to business retention and growth by supporting sales strategies and ensuring client satisfaction.
