Establish and validate tools, fixtures, and manufacturing processes; conduct supplier audits, trial run audits, and PPAP audits to close gaps.
Ensure new parts meet quality targets aligned with project milestones.
Drive PPAP approvals meeting design, quality, and capacity requirements.
Ensure robust corrective actions for supplier quality issues during builds, validation, and warranty stages.
Improve supplier quality through best‑practice implementation.
