About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our Venture Building team and play a key role in identifying, launching, and scaling new ventures within VentureOne. Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Opportunity Evaluation:

Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify promising new venture opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals and market trends.

Develop compelling business plans and financial models for potential ventures, including go-to-market strategies and competitive analyses.

Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions or partnerships that could accelerate venture growth.
Venture Launch and Execution:

Lead the development and execution of venture launch plans, including team building, product development, fundraising, and marketing activities.

Manage cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and progress against milestones.

Growth and Scaling:
