Manager - Warehouse, Assets & Logistics (DEL-276)

Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Manager - Warehouse, Assets & Logistics to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management of warehouse operations, assets, and logistics, ensuring that all processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with Qiddiya’s strategic objectives.

Your expertise in logistics management and warehousing will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operational effectiveness of Qiddiya, as you ensure that assets are managed effectively throughout their lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize warehouse operations, including inventory management, storage, and distribution of assets.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment necessary for ongoing projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics activities with project timelines and requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, assets, and logistics activities, providing reports as required.
  • Lead a team of warehouse and logistics professionals, providing training and support to ensure high-performance standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in warehouse and logistics management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or asset management.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management systems and logistics principles.
  • Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
