Manager - Warehouse Operations

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Manager – Warehouse Operations to lead and optimize our warehouse functions within a fast-paced FMCG environment. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, streamline logistics processes, and maintain high standards of operational excellence.

Qualification:

• Masterr’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale warehouse operations and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control to minimize losses and discrepancies.
• Implement and monitor SOPs to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and retail teams for smooth supply chain flow.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports for management review.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP tools.
• Sound knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and distribution processes.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic FMCG environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
