Manager - Waterproofing & Maintenance

Design & Planning: Develop specifications and designs for effective waterproofing systems, including selecting suitable materials and techniques for various structures.

Site Assessment: Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of buildings and structures to identify water damage and potential waterproofing needs.

Material Selection: Choose appropriate waterproofing materials and products based on the project's specific requirements.

Project Oversight: Supervise waterproofing installations, ensuring they meet design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure the integrity and durability of waterproofing systems.

Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to waterproofing, such as identifying and rectifying breaches or defects in membranes.

Compliance: Ensure that all waterproofing work adheres to applicable building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

Collaboration: Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants to address any challenges and ensure successful project execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
