The Operations Department Manager directly supports our clients, portfolio management team, and partners financial advisors. Responsibilities include the oversight of the movement of money in and out of the managed accounts, reviewing daily cash transactions and resolving retirement and custodian issues.
Required Qualifications*-
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

5-7 years of experience in financial services

2-3 years of experience in management capacity

2 years of experience using Microsoft Office applications
Additional Qualifications

Experience working in an operations or Client Services department for investment management firm.

Excellent verbal/written communication skills in order to interact with all levels of firm's colleagues and clients required. Demonstrated use of effective sales and communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of business.

Ability to multi-task and perform with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with heavy workloads and high call volumes.

Proactively develop self to continuously improve knowledge, skills and credentials and communicate development needs to CN Rochdale Managers.

Starting base salary: $95,729 - $152,860 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
