Job Description
Oversees customer and POS registration TDRA policies implementation and other projects assigned by management and ensure all policies, procedures, processes are in place to meet the TDRA mandate. Monitors operational efficiency, TDRA Compliance and recommends appropriate enhancements to ensure quality and consistency of output for mobile and POS registration requirements. Develop and drive the Mobile registration overall digital transformation strategy and roadmap.
Responsibilities

Led the development and implementation of regulations and system updates to meet TDRA mobile registration policy requirements.

Effectively communicated TDRA mobile registration policies throughout the organization to ensure compliance at all sales points.

Designed and delivered training programs on TDRA RRMC 2.1 policies and exceptions for sales agents, in collaboration with relevant teams.

Analyzed issues, created corrective plans, and coordinated with TDRA and authorities to prevent violations.

Managed daily registration issues and complaints from sales points, contact centers, and social media, ensuring timely resolution.

Maintained high service quality by enforcing customer data standards, resolving quality issues, and suggesting system improvements.

Prepared and submitted reports to TRA and security agencies, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Investigated and responded to all public prosecution letters related to mobile registration, representing Etisalat as needed.

Directed TDRA POS Registration projects, working with teams to maintain system controls.

Organized customer registration support processes to improve satisfaction.

Reviewed regulatory registration effectiveness and recommended improvements.

Improved customer registration experience, expanded renewal channels, and secured approvals for digital initiatives.

Oversaw the rollout of new digital tools and processes to boost efficiency and service quality.

Enhanced registration processes with digital technology for a seamless, user-friendly customer experience and increased competitiveness.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

A minimum of 10 years of related experience.
