Job Description

e& Business Marketing team is seeking a Product Manager in the product marketing function to cater to the business customers in the UAE market focusing on the Enterprise connectivity portfolio.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing plans and driving the business performance including strategizing, conceptualizing, designing, marketing and launching business services to achieve the business KPIs for revenue growth & volume of activity for the products. He / She will take ownership of the end-to-end Product Life Cycle to ensure high level of customer satisfaction, maintain competitive advantage, and opportunities that meets growing customer demands. This person’s expertise lies in driving the transformation of enterprise connectivity & security solutions.

The candidate will coordinate with internal and external teams to develop customer experience that drives the uptake of security connectivity services.

The candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to work with cross function teams to deliver on the expectations from this role.

Responsibilities

  • Design products relevant for Business segment (Enterprise & Government)
  • Design, develop & document business rules and coordinate with Product Development for successful deployment
  • Product Life cycle management for services and vendor technologies
  • Clearly understands different core connectivity services provided by Telcos
  • Has knowledge enterprise security services that help protect the digital footprint of businesses
  • Develop new services and bring innovative ideas for secure connectivity services and its interfacing requirements to facilitate AI use cases
  • Drives innovation in the Business networking space working with leading OEM partners
  • Customer obsessed that keeps customer at the center of all decisions
  • Ability to deep dive into the customer base, define micro segments and create targeted products
  • Define and review policies, procedures and guidelines for the Product and monitors and supervise their implementation
  • Analyze product and business KPIs, and accordingly undertakes corrective actions to meet objectives.
  • Budget planning, Business case, Forecast and Achievement monitoring and deliver the targeted revenue assigned products
  • Seek timely feedback from the Customer to enhance product features to ensure portfolio is competitive
  • Product support to Solution Architects, Sales and Customers to achieve cross functional KPI
  • Train teams on products launched and explain the proposition to the relevant audience.
  • Management presentation and communication on regular and key initiatives
  • Manages cross functional team relationship
  • Ability to carve out space in case of matrix working and ambiguity
  • Able to handle work under pressure to meet deadlines on timely manner

Qualifications

  • Graduation in Telecom/ Engineering, MBA (Marketing)
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in enterprise product marketing, solution marketing and enterprise security services
  • Product life cycle management and customer value management
  • Proficiency in the Office tools with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
