Position Title: Manager / Senior Manager – Corporate Communications

Job Purpose
To lead strategic content creation, external communications, intellectual property (IP) development, and modern media storytelling. The role is responsible for shaping brand voice, strengthening reputation across earned, paid, and owned channels, and driving engagement through impactful narratives aligned with brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesContent & External Communications
- Develop and execute strategic communication plans to enhance brand reputation across media and digital platforms
- Oversee press releases, media responses, interviews, feature stories, and brand articles aligned with leadership vision
- Build and maintain strong media relationships with key publications, journalists, and influencers across regional and international markets
- Draft speeches, op-eds, and leadership communications for external platforms and corporate announcements
- Support crisis communication preparedness and response
Content Strategy & IP Creation
- Conceptualize and execute original intellectual properties (IPs) and campaigns aligned with brand storytelling and values
- Collaborate with design, CSR, marketing, and events teams to deliver integrated content experiences
- Drive creative development of long-form and short-form branded content, media collaborations, video scripts, and digital series
Social Content & Digital Storytelling
- Lead planning and execution of corporate brand content calendars across social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Ensure platform-specific storytelling aligned with brand tone of voice (sophisticated, human, and premium)
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and drive innovation
Brand Consistency & Governance
- Ensure consistent brand language and visual identity across all corporate communication assets
- Act as brand guardian for all external-facing communication materials and partnerships

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
- 8–12 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or content marketing
- Experience in real estate, luxury, or lifestyle sectors preferred
- Proven expertise in media relations, brand communication, IP creation, and content strategy
